Dig into the minced meat and form it into hamburgers, which are flat, round pieces. 500 grams are enough for about 4 or 5 medium sized hamburgers. Salt and pepper them and fry them in olive oil until they are done. Be careful not to fry them too hot, otherwise they burn outside and are raw inside. If the fire is too low, however, the juice tends to run outside. Try to find a middle way which takes a bit of experience.
