Start the evening before by cutting the chicken breasts into half a centimeter thick slices. Put them into a vessel, spread the curd over them and mix everything well. Cover the vessel and keep it overnight in the fridge. When you are ready to cook your chicken nuggets, grate the cheese and mix it with the sesame, the oats, 1 tea spoon of salt and pepper to your taste in one big bowl.
Spread the olive oil over a cookie sheet and preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Now remove your chicken meat from the curd and roll them in the oats mixture. Press the mixture to the meat so it is covered nicely all around. The curd not only keeps the chicken tender, it also helps the mixture to stick.
Place the chicken nuggets on your oiled cookie sheet and bake them in the oven around 20 minutes. Turn the nuggets over after 10 minutes with a spatula. Serve with some vegetables or a salad and toasted bread. Garlic bread fits nicely with these chicken nuggets.
