Thaw the chicken minced meat and place it into a big bowl. Clean and crush the garlic. Add it together with the eggs, the oats, and one tablespoon dried oregano and three tablespoons olive oil to the bowl. Combine everything. You should obtain a sticky mix. Cut the mozzarella into six slices. I use the Amul mozzarella for this recipe which comes in little balls which are easy to slice into the required shape.
Now comes the tricky part of this recipe: Divide the minced meat mix into six equal portions. Wet your hands with water so the dough does not stick too much to your hands. Take half of a portion and form a round patty in the palm of your hand. This patty should be bigger than the mozzarella slice. Press one mozzarella slice into the patty and cover it with the remaining half of your minced meat portion. Press the borders well together and take care that the cheese is covered on all sides by minced meat. When you fry the burgers, you want the mozzarella to melt inside the burger.
Turn each portion of minced meat into a burger. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan and fry the burgers slowly. Cover them while frying to make sure the heat penetrates well into the burgers. They take about five minutes on each side, altogether 10 minutes. Serve them immediately with a salad or some vegetables
