Pasta al forno

Ingredients (for about 4 servings):

  • 500 grams of pasta
  • 1 container of tomato sauce
  • 1 package of mozzarella or pizza cheese
     

Method:

Cook the pasta 1 minute less than indicated on the package. Grate the mozzarella cheese. Mix the cooked pasta with the tomato sauce. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil. Pour in half of the pasta. Spread about one third of the grated cheese over the pasta. Pour in the rest of the pasta and top it with the remaining cheese. If you like sprinkle some oregano over the cheese.
