Boiled potatoes

Ingredients (for around 4 servings):

  • 800 gram potatoes
  • 75 gram butter
  • salt
  • 1 bundle of parsley
     

Method:

Peel the potatoes, put them into a pot, cover them with salt water and boil them until tender which takes around 25 minutes. You can pierce them with a fork to check if they are soft in the middle. When they are done, drain the water and put the potatoes into a bowl.

Melt the butter in a pan over low fire; be careful not to fry the butter. Wash the parsley and chop it. Pour the melted butter over the potatoes, top with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
